The Carroll County Celtic Festival is held each year at the Carroll County Agriculture Center located at:

706 Agriculture Drive, Westminster Drive, Westminster, MD 21157


Join us for a celebration of Celtic life and culture!

Parking:

Free parking on site!

Two free  shuttle vans cruising the parking lots all day for any that would like a ride to and from the entrance.

ID Required:

Please note:  In order to purchase or consume alcohol you must provide a valid ID.  An expired ID cannot be accepted.  The accepted forms of valid ID are listed below – NO EXCEPTIONS:

 

  1.   State issued driver’s license with photo
  2.   State issued ID card with photo
  3.   Passport
  4.   United States military identification card with photo

Please note that any costume weapon must be “safety tied” or “peace tied” in order to bring it into the festival.

We welcome your well behaved furry friends, however, they are not allowed inside any of the buildings,  dining, or near the performance animals.  The non-animal performance areas and other outside areas are all great for your furry friend.  We do reserve the right to ask a pet be removed if there are any issues of aggression or violation of our policy. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friend there!

No outside food or drink

are permitted.

The Carroll County Celtic Festival is a rain or shine event.  Artisans, dance performances, traditional music, food, and beer, will all be indoors.  Athletics, Sheep Herding, Living History, The Gaelic Language Village, and Clans will be outside.  Please plan accordingly.

 

Lawn chairs are permitted outside.
