All submitted photos become the property of the Carroll County Celtic Festival with full rights and permissions granted to publish and use as promotional material

1st: 

$100 and 4 tickets to the  2025 festival

2nd: 

$75 and 4 tickets to the 2025 festival

3rd: 

$50 and 4 tickets to the 2025 festival

4th: 

$25 and 4 tickets to the 2025 festival

All photos must be of the 2024 Carroll County Celtic Festival and received electronically by July 31, 2024
